By downloading, installing, opening or using the Ezan Kaçta mobile app (“App”), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the app.
This text has been prepared to explain under what conditions the Ezan Kaçta app and related services are provided, the basic rules users must follow, the scope of the app, limitations of liability and the basic rights of the parties.
Ezan Kaçta is a mobile app offered on iOS and Android platforms, developed to support daily religious practices, make prayer times easier to access and provide various useful content through a simple user experience.
All features of the app do not have to be offered in the same way on every device, in every country or in every version. Some features may be changed, removed or reorganized due to technical requirements, platform rules, content updates or service improvements.
Provided that you comply with these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Ezan Kaçta app only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
This license does not mean that ownership of the app is transferred to you. All rights to the app are reserved by us or the relevant rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your use of the app may also be subject to the terms and rules of the platform from which it was downloaded.
The Ezan Kaçta app may be offered free of charge. Ads may be displayed in the app during certain periods, or advertising infrastructure may technically be available.
When ads are displayed in the app, they may be provided through third-party advertising service providers.
Important Note: The presence of advertising infrastructure in the app does not mean that ads are always active. Ad display may vary depending on app version, region, technical settings or service preference.
By using the app, you agree to comply with the following rules.
The user is also responsible for their own device security, internet connection and operating system settings while using the app.
Ezan Kaçta aims to provide prayer times to users in a practical and fast way. However, differences may occasionally occur due to internet connection, location accuracy, manual location selection, time zone, device settings, data source updates or temporary system issues.
Therefore, especially for critical religious practices, users are advised to verify the information from multiple sources when they consider it necessary. Prayer time information provided in the app is for assistance purposes.
Adhan notifications or pre-prayer reminder features may also not always work perfectly due to device notification permissions, battery optimization, operating system behavior, manufacturer restrictions and similar technical reasons.
The Qibla compass feature uses the device’s compass and motion sensors. The accuracy of this feature may be affected by factors such as device hardware quality, sensor calibration, magnetic interference, environmental conditions, metal surfaces, electronic devices and usage method.
For the most accurate result, it is recommended that you calibrate your device compass properly, use it away from magnetic interference and verify with additional sources when necessary.
The Qibla direction feature in the app is assistive and does not guarantee absolute accuracy under all conditions.
Religious content, texts, reminders, verses, hadiths, translations, calendar content and similar materials in the app are provided for informational purposes, easy access and supporting the user experience.
This content does not replace official fatwa, binding religious opinion or individual legal/religious consultation. When a definitive evaluation is needed for a user’s specific situation, it is recommended to consult authorized persons or institutions.
The design, software, user interface, logo, images, texts, compilation structure, technical flow and all other components of the app belong to Ezan Kaçta or the relevant rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, licensing, selling, creating derivative works from, republishing publicly or using any part of the app for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior written permission.
Some content or data within the app may belong to third-party rights holders. In such cases, the rights to the relevant content belong to their respective owners.
Ezan Kaçta may use third-party services to provide or improve certain functions. These may include analytics, crash reporting, advertising services, content delivery or technical infrastructure providers.
We may not always have direct control over the availability, performance, accuracy or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is not guaranteed that the app will always work uninterrupted, error-free, without delay or fully compatible with all devices.
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, our liability is limited with respect to data loss, loss of profit, business loss, moral damages, indirect damages, special damages or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to change, update, temporarily suspend or completely terminate the features, content, technical structure, design or presentation of the app at any time.
These changes may be made due to security reasons, technical requirements, platform conditions, legal obligations, content updates or product development preferences.
If use contrary to these Terms of Use is detected, measures deemed appropriate may be taken, including restricting access to the app, disabling certain services or terminating the right of use.
The user may also end their use at any time by uninstalling the app from their device.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction in the resolution of disputes.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updates may be prepared in line with changes in app features, legal requirements, technical infrastructure innovations or changes in the service model.
The current text becomes effective once published on this page. Continuing to use the app after updated terms means that you accept the new text.
